"Our experience with Lindsay and her office has been generally positive. We had some initial challenges transitioning our insurance to State Farm, partly due to the complexities of consolidating our plans and — at least in our opinion — some early miscommunication from a member of Lindsay’s team. We also encountered a few billing issues along the way, which seem to stem more from systemic issues within the insurance industry or State Farm itself than from her office directly. That said, Lindsay has consistently been responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs, and she is actively working to resolve these concerns."

I moved to Pittsburgh last year, and have had a lot of complicated situations come up that affect my insurance, and they are always incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind! I definitely want to shout out Heather, she has helped an incredible amount, but the whole team is always a huge help. I cannot say enough good things about the office- they make the complicated (and often very not fun) world of insurance easy to navigate, and remove the headache!
