"Our experience with Lindsay and her office has been generally positive. We had some initial challenges transitioning our insurance to State Farm, partly due to the complexities of consolidating our plans and — at least in our opinion — some early miscommunication from a member of Lindsay’s team. We also encountered a few billing issues along the way, which seem to stem more from systemic issues within the insurance industry or State Farm itself than from her office directly. That said, Lindsay has consistently been responsive, professional, and attentive to our needs, and she is actively working to resolve these concerns."

"The team at Lindsay Brown's office is incredible! I moved to Pittsburgh last year, and have had a lot of complicated situations come up that affect my insurance, and they are always incredibly helpful, responsive, and kind! I definitely want to shout out Heather, she has helped an incredible amount, but the whole team is always a huge help. I cannot say enough good things about the office- they make the complicated (and often very not fun) world of insurance easy to navigate, and remove the headache! And they're kind and fun people to work with!"

"My car had been totaled, and it was picked up 3 days ago. I had emptied it of all personal items, but at 4AM today I realized I had not taken the EZ Pass Transponder😱! I called Lindsay Brown’s office at 9:15 and spoke to Mary. By 11AM she had tracked the car down - called me with all of the information needed to retrieve that Transponder - in what facility, the address, phone number, and the ID number telling where on the lot it was parked! I was there within the hour - got that EZ Pass and was back home by 12:30! Thanks to Mary at Lindsay Brown’s State Farm Office I will sleep tonight!!! Mary is my hero!"

"Today I watched Lindsay go above beyond for a woman in a difficult situation & I have to give her recognition for her empathy, choice to help where she could & on behalf of the women who was struggling through a hard situation, thank her immensely for making a difference. Lindsay was patient while communicating through google translator & made such an impact for this policy holder that otherwise would’ve been left in a rough spot. Watching this woman walk in the office in tears, feeling quite defeated & walking out with tears of joy with a solution to her challenge was such a great feeling, and made me immensely proud to be a part of the Lindsay Brown State Farm team!!"

"Would not recommend Statefarm in this area at all. Had the policy for a month here, but have been with Statefarm since 2020 with the same exact vehicle but in a different city and state & I was told that they’re no longer insuring Kias and Hyundais due to theft - all of a sudden. I’ve never had an accident, citation, parking ticket, points on my license or even so much as to file a claim EVER & I’ve been driving for years… to tell me three weeks before cancelling my policy due to “Statefarm no longer covering these vehicles due to theft” when again, I’ve never even had to file a claim is ridiculous. Took thousands of dollars to just drop a loyal customer is ridiculous and to not care or offer assistance to where I had to find different insurance immediately due to me having to have insurance, period, but also for my job is very disappointing. I’d recommend going elsewhere where the underwriting company actually does research and could get documentation that my car has been updated to address antitheft because what is even the point of insurance at this point. I don’t care how sweet people seem, just be aware that they can just drop you after taken so much of your money. I already had to pick up and move across the state, they did not cancel my other policies like they stated they would so I was charged twice in one month for renter’s and auto. Smh. If you want to take a chance, that’s on you but have other options readily available to lessen the stress."
